We use trusted global payment partners so you can check out quickly and securely. Availability of specific options may vary by your location and the currency shown at checkout.

Accepted Ways to Pay

How We Keep Checkout Secure

• All payments are processed over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
• We never store your full card number, CVV, or PayPal credentials on our servers. Sensitive details are handled by our vetted payment partners.
• Your bank may require an extra verification step (e.g., 3D Secure/OTP). Please complete the prompt to finalize your order.
• Orders may be screened to prevent unauthorized use. If a payment is flagged, it may be declined or placed on hold while we review.

Authorizations, Charges, and Holds

• For cards, an authorization may appear when you place an order. We capture the payment when the order is confirmed for processing (typically shortly after checkout).
• If a payment attempt fails, your bank may still show a temporary authorization. These usually fall off automatically within a few business days, depending on your bank.
• We do not add extra payment processing fees. Your bank or provider may apply its own charges (e.g., currency conversion or international transaction fees).

If Your Payment Fails

Common reasons for declines include:

• Bank security checks or daily limits
• Incorrect billing address, ZIP/postcode, or CVV
• Insufficient funds or card expired
• 3D Secure/OTP challenge not completed
• Network timeouts or VPN/ad-blockers interfering with checkout

What to try next:

• Confirm your billing address exactly as it appears with your bank.
• Complete any bank verification prompts and try again.
• Try a different browser, disable VPN/ad-blockers, or retry in a few minutes.
• Use another payment method (e.g., PayPal or a different card).
• Contact your bank to approve the transaction, then retry.

Refunds Back to Your Original Payment Method

• When we issue a refund, it is sent to the original payment method.
• Refund timing depends on your provider: many card refunds appear within 3–10 business days; PayPal and other providers may post sooner or on their own timelines.

Changing Payment After Ordering

• We can’t switch the payment method on an existing order. If changes are needed and the order hasn’t begun processing, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order with your preferred method.
